Spring Break getaway

It was so nice to have a week off of school for spring break. I planned a little trip out to Salt Lake to stay in the Holiday Inn express that has a little water park inside. It was really fun. It was just the kids and me but I'm always up for an adventure!
All ready to swim! They love their tubes.

Choo choo train. The girls are getting so comfortable in the water, its really nice.

We went swimming a month ago with David and he loved it, he really wanted to be on his "own". My sister in law had one of these swimmer's lifejackets for her little guy, and it worked really well. So we got one for David. It was so nice!

As you can see he was jumping and swimming everywhere!

We stopped at McDonalds in Heber city. We never take the time to stop there and play on our way through Heber. The kids really loved it! We are going to have to do it again.

Anna has been asking to go to Build a Bear workshop agian, so we went for a little early bday present. They love dressing them up, naming them and playing all kinds of imaginary things. (so far we've played doctor, witch, zoo keeper, bear hunters, and mommy even had fun sewing some more outfits for them)

Dinosaur Museum fun

We enjoyed a visit to the Dinosaur Museum in Vernal with our cousins over spring break. David absolutely loved it! He was so excited running around everywhere saying "cool!" and "big dinosaur!". It was really cute. The girls enjoyed it too and love spending time with their cousins. They are both so lucky to have cousins really close to their age.

Yeah they probablly weren't supposed to climb on the dinosaurs... but it makes a cute picture!

Here comes the smolder....

Lately David loves kisses.

He'll climb up on a lap or hug his sisters and then
He puckers up his cute little lips, and closes his eyes.
Then he waits for someone to kiss him.
We can't resist! It is really cute and I know I'm really biased.

Here are my attempts at trying to capture it while David just wants to say cheese and grab the camera:
(by the way we are excited that Tangled is coming out soon... I just might break down and buy it, it was a fun movie!)

David enjoyed our 'green' dinner last night.
His first bite left some frosting on his chin. Daddy said "hurry take a picture of David's green beard!"
The girls thought it was hilarious!
We had a fun night watching Nanny McPhee.
When it first came out I was reluctant thinking it would be creepy, scary and gross.
But it was a cute movie, and now when I need a little extra something to get the kids to listen...
I'm breaking out my Nanny McPhee teeth!

Happy St. Patricks Day!

We had a fun dinner last night to celebrate the day of green!
I found these cute Green lei's at the dollar store.
Anna and Megan were so excited about them!
Anna said, "Cool, we got hulas!" it was too cute to correct. Although I really need to start correcting... (she always says "amn't" insted of I am not or I didn't and "withthefout" for without. she even read it that way the other day!).

Anyway the put on the leis and got there hula groove on for some pictures.

Our dinner:
Green frosted cinnamon rolls put together to look like a shamrock (use your imagination)
and Green breakfast casserole
Yes this "breakfast" was our Dinner! Everyone loves breakfast.
