David is 8 months old

What a cutie! Our little guy is growing up. He is scooting all around and loves finding and discovering everything. He gets really excited and scoots towards his bottle or his mommy. Smart boy! He also started pulling himself up and standing, how quickly he has changed! We sure love him he brings such joy to us.

Growing up

Our little girls are growing up. Megan is 3 1/2. She thinks she rules the roost. She can be very stuborn, and pretty tough. She loves playing with her sister, and misses her even when she is gone for only a few hours. But she can also be entertained playing on her own for a long time. She likes building, creating, pretending, teasing and riding her bike. She loves to get the mail and often checks it 2 or 3 times a day. She is silly, playful, energetic, loud, and loveable

Anna is 5 and will start kindergarten this year. She is a little nervous but will be ready. I can't belive how much she really is growing up lately. She can be a big helper and is really learning to do a lot of things on her own. She loves playing with Megan and David, but really enjoys her own 'quiet time' too. She can be sensitive and shy and a little anxoius at times. But she is learning to overcome some of that. Tonight she told me "I learned how to be brave. But not if I'm bleeding." Silly girl! She is so creative, imaginative, and wonderful.
I know its because they are mine but I really do think they are the best. I am so blessed to get to have them in my life, and it is really going to be fun growing up with them.

Summer Fun

We have been enjoying our summer. Wayne had Friday off this week so we planned a little camping trip. We have bought his parents older(new to us) camper. One of the first trips I envisioned to take was camping on a beach somewhere. Starvation was our first idea, but the water is really high right now, and the beach is underwater, so I did a little searching and decided to try flaming gorge at lucerene marina. They have a little swim beach there. It took a little longer to get there but it all worked out great.

We ended up camping in an 'overflow' group area, but we had the end spot and it met our needs just fine. The girls had a lot of fun taking walks, bike rides and collecting rocks.

The beach was my favorite. The kids love playing in the sand and water and would be entertained for hours. We all got a little sunburned, but had a fun time! We will go here again, but camp in a little spot right on the beach that we found.

Can you believe he is 7 months old! What a handsome, loveable boy. He is getting up on his hands and knees and toes. He loved the sand and rocks and grass, not so sure about the cold water though.

Swimming Lessons

Anna and Megan have been taking swimming lessons the last two weeks. They are getting a lot more comfortable in the water. Anna is able to go all the way under, and Megan is putting her whole face in the water. They also walk all around and float and play and have fun, but are still careful and a little nervous. It was a good experience for them. They also had an exciting two weeks with their cousins visiting Grandma and Grandpa.

We had a little sleepover for the girls, Ainsley ate it up. She is such a good, cute girl, and she loves playing with Anna.

Running to the swimming pool so often sure took a toll, but they really loved it, I'm sure this week they will be saying they want to go some more.

Ready, set, jump! Brenden and Ainsley were braver than Anna and Megan, it helped to have a cousin to learn from. We all stayed and went swimming together a couple of times.

Brenden and Megan played cute together too. They loved eating lunch at the park and playing.
